Dark and Stormy

I had dinner with Suzy last night and she said that a friend had requested for a Dark and Stormy cocktail recipe to be posted on our blog. I was surprised at first, to be honest. 

Not many people know what is a Dark and Stormy... So of course, I said yes!

It really suited the weather today, it is gloomy and cold, dark and wet, just my kind of inspiration for a Dark and Stormy.

Ingredients
50ml dark rum
Ginger beer to top up
Half of a lime, sliced into 4 wedges
Ice


Pour 50ml dark rum into glass.
Squeeze the lime into the glass and throw in the husks.
Add ice.
Top up with ginger beer.
