Suzy's Hopes

Suzy often fantasizes about good food and eating well. In between lunch and dinner, she also dabbles in photography and has always dreamed of being a writer. She decided to put her obsession to good use by starting a cooking blog, thereby combining her passion with her interest and dream.

Having eaten her way through Europe and Asia, she hopes to re-create the delicious foods that she has tasted in a simple way that you can follow in your own kitchen.

Also, she secretly hopes to be invited for dinner at your place soon. (She is free next weekend.)

Eggy's Loves

Eggy loves eggs but eggs don’t love Eggy - because she cooks them: scrambled, poached, sunny side-up, steamed, fried and sometimes she even beats them until they are all fluffy and light. Now maybe you can understand why it's a one-sided love affair.

Eggy is not a professional chef by training, only by heart. She fell in love with Jamie the first time they met in a discount shop at Covent Garden. He introduced her to Nigella, Gordon and all their pals who made good cooking easy for the uninitiated.

She now aspires to bring good food to the tables of those who care about food and love cooking.
