Antipastiiiiiiii Series 2

The weekend was a very hot one! I was thankfully by the pool, as predicted on the Cocktail Page last Thursday. However, my husband was on the "Tour de Bintan" with his buddies. He rides with Team Absolut - a Singaporean cycling team for hunks and such (wink, wink), and a couple of them had signed up for the race in Bintan. What JOY! I admire their determination, they take every single race so seriously... I, on the other hand, enjoy life's simpler pleasures. Sleeping, eating, reading, cooking, sleeping, eating.. you know the one right? Anyway, here is Part 2 of my Antipasti Series.

Preparation time: 10 mins
Cooking time: None required
Level of difficulty: easy peasy

Ingredients
Cucumber,sliced thinly
Honeydew melon, spoon scooped
Parma ham, shredded
Toothpicks

Place a scoop of melon on top of the sliced cucumber. Add the shredded parma ham on top. Pierce through all 3 ingredients with a toothpick to hold them tightly.

This is so simple, it is just assembling the ingredients together!
